In Search of a Whale

A young adult nature story which chronicles the voyage of the scientific ship Geronimo, which goes out into the Pacific off California in search of a young pilot whale to capture it and take it to Marineland of the Pacific for close study. Marlin Perkins of Wild Kingdom accompanies the expedition and it is through his eyes and comments that the adventure unravels. Richly illustrated. Originally written for Don Meier Productions, Chicago, Illinois, and published in 1969 by Doubleday, New York City.
